Important Note About Insurance

Insurance coverage for mental health services varies significantly by plan. We strongly recommend calling your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits, including:

  • Your deductible and whether it applies to mental health services
  • Your copay or coinsurance for psychiatric visits
  • Whether you need a referral from your primary care provider
  • Your annual or lifetime limits for mental health services

Self-Pay Options

If your insurance isn't accepted or you prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we offer transparent pricing and flexible payment options.

Initial Consultation

$375 60 minutes

Comprehensive initial evaluation including history, assessment, and treatment planning.

Follow-Up Appointments

$165 30 minutes

Ongoing medication management and therapeutic support sessions.

Extended Sessions

$225 45 minutes

Longer appointments for complex cases or when additional time is needed.

Superbill for Insurance Reimbursement

If you have out-of-network benefits, we provide detailed superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Superbills include all necessary diagnostic and billing codes.

Billing Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure we can provide the best care to all our patients:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • No-show appointments will be subject to a missed appointment fee
  • Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, we are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for uninsured patients or those not using insurance. This estimate will be provided before your first appointment and includes:

  • Expected frequency and duration of treatment
  • Estimated costs for initial and follow-up appointments
  • Any additional services that may be recommended
  • Your right to dispute charges that exceed the estimate

Insurance Claims

For patients with accepted insurance:

  • We file claims directly with your insurance company
  • You are responsible for copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
  • Any denied claims become your responsibility
  • We will work with you to resolve insurance issues
