Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure we can provide the best care to all our patients:
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-show appointments will be subject to a missed appointment fee
- Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, we are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for uninsured patients or those not using insurance. This estimate will be provided before your first appointment and includes:
- Expected frequency and duration of treatment
- Estimated costs for initial and follow-up appointments
- Any additional services that may be recommended
- Your right to dispute charges that exceed the estimate
Insurance Claims
For patients with accepted insurance:
- We file claims directly with your insurance company
- You are responsible for copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
- Any denied claims become your responsibility
- We will work with you to resolve insurance issues
